We are pleased to announce that the YAMAHA corporation has become the partner of the Stanisław Moniuszko International Competition of Polish Music. During the Competition, the participants will use the Yamaha keyboards instruments, namely grand piano at the concert hall, as well as upright pianos and small pianos in the practice rooms. We greatly appreciate that the Yamaha corporation supports the Competition.
The Yamaha about its pianos:
"Founded in 1887, Yamaha has become a world leader in high-quality, inspirational musical instruments. We crafted our first piano in 1900. Since then, our uprights and grands have captivated players and audiences alike, combining exquisite natural response with truly wonderful sound. Yamaha’s longevity owes much to our constant refinement of technologies used to build high-quality pianos. But there’s more to it than that. We also nurture a culture in which expert know-how is passed down from one generation to the next. No machine can replicate all the processes of building a piano. From wood selection and woodworking to regulation and voicing, every step has evolved over time in the pursuit of perfection. You can see it—and hear it—in every piano we make. Our progress is driven by the twin engines of constant innovation and cherished tradition. Today, Yamaha is more committed than ever to the design and production of beautiful pianos with rich acoustic tone, unmistakable feel, and timeless beauty." [Yamaha Pianos]
